1. About Deepdines
Deepdines ("Deepdines," "we," "us," "our") is a social dining platform that helps users connect by organizing curated group dinner experiences. Deepdines facilitates discovery, booking, and coordination, but does not own or operate restaurants and does not guarantee restaurant availability or quality.
2. Eligibility and Intended Audience
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Deepdines is currently intended primarily for users aged 22–35. We may expand the intended age range in the future and may limit participation to support community design.
3. Account Registration & Authentication
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree to use Deepdines respectfully, lawfully, and safely, including following event guidelines, treating others with respect, and complying with all applicable laws and venue rules.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abuse
- Fraud, impersonation, or payment abuse
- Illegal or unsafe behavior
- Platform misuse, hacking, scraping, or automation
- IP or content violations
6. Suspension or Termination
Deepdines may suspend or permanently ban users for violations, safety concerns, fraud, or legal compliance requirements.
7. Bookings & Group Formation
Group size, timing, and restaurant availability may vary. Details may be revealed shortly before the dinner. No specific experience is guaranteed.
8. Payments & No Refund Policy
ALL DINNER BOOKINGS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Refunds are issued only if Deepdines cancels the event for operational reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
All Deepdines branding, design, code, and content belong to Deepdines. User content remains yours, but you grant Deepdines a license to operate the Service.
10. Data & Privacy
Your use of Deepdines is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, used, and stored.
11. Third-Party Services
Deepdines is not responsible for third-party services including restaurants or payment providers.
12. Safety Disclaimer
You understand that in-person meetups carry inherent risks and you are responsible for your own safety.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
14. Limitation of Liability
Deepdines' liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior applicable period or $100, whichever is greater.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. Deepdines may terminate access per these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.
